Staff was very accommodating and thoughtful, especially the lady that checked us in. She had very helpful and insightful suggestions and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and spacious. My family reported that the breakfast buffet was very nice as well. The staff were even kind enough to pack me some breakfast items in the morning before breakfast service started to accommodate my early flight! Would definitely recommend and book again.

First, booking screwed up our reservation even after charging us upfront. We were travelling with an infant and they had not confined the booking with the hotel. Instead of helping us find a room there when we reached they were giving me options for other hotels in the area. Thankfully the staff at the hotel had more customer focus and got us the room in the same hotel and managed everything themselves with booking. The folks at the hotels are truly gems. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good but could do with more veg options. Would recommend this hotel to others for sure

The two bedroom suite was wonderful. I came with my seven grandchildren. They love the pool and the older kids liked the gym. Me and my grandkids came as a mini vacation to enjoy a Christian concert at the Moto center. Hotel was spectacular even when my grandchildren had needs they treated them like valued guests.

Close to Portland airport with easy access to Highway 84. Included breakfast is good but more options would have been nice.

The staff really went above and beyond. I was EXTREMELY tired, and one of the desk clerks (a tall woman with long dark hair) noticed how exhausted I was and offered to come help me unload my car and she later helped me get bags to my room. It was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Greeted every time whenever leaving or entering the property. Ample free parking. Great patio. Excellent breakfast choices with variations daily.

The staff was amazing!!! My sisters and I had just returned from a 16 day Caribbean cruise, it was close to midnight night, we were exhausted, they helped us get a meal and some adult drinks to wash it down…

Appreciated the helpful, efficient front desk especially as they did not have a record of my reservation. Thankfully they had a room. The limo driver went out of his way to give a ride to a nearby restaurant and back. Greatly appreciated by this elder. Room was very comfortable.

The room was clean. I had the 2 bedroom suite it was nicer then I expected. Staff was super friendly, location was close to food , and airport and highway were extremely close. I typically stay at another hotel. But this will be my new hotel of choice when I’m in the area.
